NTPC REL Invites Bids for 310 MW Floating and Ground Mounted Solar Project at DVC Reservoirs

NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL), on behalf of Green Valley Renewable Energy Limited (GVREL), a Subsidiary of NTPC REL in Joint Venture with Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), invites online bids from eligible bidders on Single Stage Two Envelope (i.e., Envelope-I: Techno-Commercial Bid and Envelope-II: Price Bid) basis for 310 MW Floating and Ground Mounted Solar PV Project at DVC Reservoirs.

The bids are invited for the following blocks of Solar PV Projects of GVREL in this tender:

Block – II at Tilaiya for 155 MW Floating Solar PV
Block – IV at Panchet for 75 MW Floating Solar PV
Block – V at Panchet for 80 MW (which includes 30 MW Floating Solar PV + 50 MW Ground Mounted PV)

Block-I and Block-III will be tendered separately.

BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK includes:
Design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, packing and forwarding, transportation, unloading storage, installation, testing and commissioning of Grid Connected Floating and Ground mounted Solar Photovoltaic plant including Open category PV modules. Design and Supply of floaters, Installation, anchoring, mooring, fixing of floaters for SPV panels including fixing of PV modules on floaters and interconnection of PV modules, providing pathways of FSPV system. Design and supply of floating inverter platform anchoring, mooring including electrical installations. Design and Construction of foundation & erection of Fixed Tilt based Module Mounting Structure (MMS) for Ground mounted SPV panels, including fixing of PV Modules on MMS and Interconnection of PV Modules.

Also Comprehensive O&M of SPV Plant along with electrical equipment, consumables, and spare parts for a period of Three years and AMC of major equipments from the date of commissioning of full Project capacity are part of the project.

Last Date and Time for receipt of bids comprising both Techno-Commercial Bid and Price Bid is 31.03.2023.
