AW Rostamani Group Partners With SirajPower For Landmark Solar Initiative In Dubai

AW Rostamani Group (AWR), a prominent UAE conglomerate, has embarked on its inaugural solar energy initiative through a strategic partnership with SirajPower, the leading distributed solar energy provider in the region.

The collaboration involves the deployment of innovative solar solutions with a 1.7 MWp capacity across AWR’s main locations in Dubai, spanning Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Industrial City (DIC), and Deira. This move signifies a significant leap in AWR’s commitment to sustainable energy, aiming to generate 2.85 GWh of clean energy annually and offset over 2,000 metric tons of CO2 emissions.

SirajPower will spearhead the financing, design, construction, and long-term operations and maintenance of the solar installations, facilitating AWR’s seamless transition to renewable energy.

Khalid Al Rostamani, Chairman and CEO of AWR Rostamani Group, expressed the company’s dedication to environmental sustainability and belief in the potential of renewable energy.

Mohammed Abdulghaffar Hussain, Chairman of SirajPower, emphasized the importance of sustainable solutions in the business landscape and the company’s commitment to supporting businesses on their journey toward clean energy adoption.
