Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited (REIL) Invited Expression of Interest (EOI) or Selection of Business Associates to Undertake the survey, design, supply of floaters with Balance of System (BOS), as well as the installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation and maintenance (O&M) of floating solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants in various locations across India.
Participation in Consortium/NIT tenders issued by REIL for similar work will be restricted to empanelled Business Associates through this Expression of Interest (EOI). Empanelment validity extends until March 31, 2025.
The cost of the Expression of Interest (EOI) document is Rs. 1000/- plus an additional 18% GST.
The deadline for the receipt of Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions for Online and offline Submission of Bid is February 27, 2024.
The company must possess experience in designing, supplying floaters with BOS, and handling installation, commissioning, and O&M of at least one individual project of a 50 kWp Floating Solar Power Plant within government departments, institutions, PSUs, private companies, etc., across the country over the past seven financial years (ending on December 31, 2023).
Business Associates must demonstrate a minimum average turnover of Rs. 30 lakh per year over the last three financial years (i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23). They are required to submit a CA certificate with UID number as proof of turnover.
The Net Worth must be positive and determined based on the audited annual accounts of the company.
The empanelment of successful business associates shall be valid until March 31, 2024. REIL/committee reserves the right to extend the empanelment period after evaluating the performance of business associates.
