NTPC Ltd. is soliciting online bids from qualified bidders using a Single Stage Two Envelope process (Envelope-I: Technical Bid and Envelope-II: Financial Bid) with Reverse Auction. The objective is to select solar power generators for the establishment of 1500 MW ISTS Connected Solar Power Projects across India.
Interested parties are required to submit their bids online by the deadline of March 5, 2024. Bid openings are scheduled for the same day.
Furthermore, bidders must submit an earnest money deposit equivalent to ₹11.6 lakhs per MW of the quoted capacity.
The bidders must submit Rs 22,500 as the bidding document fee.
NTPC retains the authority to reject any or all bids or to annul/withdraw the Invitation for Bids without providing any justification, and in such circumstances, no bidder or prospective bidder shall hold any claim arising from such actions.
Any bid that does not include an acceptable earnest money deposit in a separate sealed envelope will be deemed non-responsive by the employer and returned to the bidder unopened.
The issuance of RfS Documents to any Bidder does not imply that the Bidder is deemed qualified. Bids are required to be submitted online. Prior to the designated bid submission deadline, the Bidder must separately provide Earnest Money Deposit, Integrity Pact, Pass Phrase, and Board Resolution offline, as outlined in the RfS Documents.
Any bid that does not include an acceptable earnest money deposit in a separate sealed envelope will be deemed non-responsive by the employer and returned to the bidder unopened.
