GoodWe, a leading manufacturer of photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems, has unveiled its Suncake range of urban solar modules in France. Designed to cater to the energy requirements of city residents, even in space-constrained environments, these modular photovoltaic panels offer versatility in installation.
Whether placed on a balcony, terrace, garden, or courtyard, the Suncake solar modules can be positioned on the ground or mounted along various exterior structures at adjustable angles ranging from 0 to 90 degrees. Available in two variants, the 200 Wp (BMW-K1/054A) and 400 Wp (BMW-K1/108A), these modules feature anti-reflective glass and sport an entirely black design for discreet integration into urban settings.
The lightweight design of the Suncake modules ensures ease of handling, with the 200 Wp variant weighing 8 kg and the 400 Wp variant weighing 15.5 kg. As a DIY (Do It Yourself) system, the kit comes complete with all necessary components for swift and hassle-free installation. This includes microinverters, adjustable mounting structures, screws, DC extension cables, and AC cables, offering a plug-and-play solution accessible to all.
The Suncake kit is suitable for installation altitudes below 2000 meters and can withstand a maximum load of 2400 Pa. Additionally, it boasts a Class A fire protection level, ensuring safety and reliability in various environments.
