While the Middle East countries face challenges from desertification and climate change, leading to annual economic losses of $1.3 billion from sandstorms, the region benefits from abundant solar resources, averaging 2,200 kWh per square meter annually. In response, Saudi Arabia’s “Vision 2030” aims to enhance social harmony and economic growth, targeting 60 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030, with 40 GW from photovoltaics.

Huasun’s flagship Himalaya G12-132 module has set a record in the HJT industry, achieving a champion power output of 768.938W and a conversion efficiency of 24.75%. Additionally, the Everest G12R series is the first in the industry to employ rectangular HJT solar cell technology, with the G12R-132 model delivering a peak power output of 669.1W and a conversion efficiency of 24.77%. These advancements highlight Huasun’s robust R&D capabilities and support the global promotion of its products.

At the exhibition, Huasun’s modules attracted significant interest for their exceptional performance in extreme Middle Eastern climates, sparking in-depth technical discussions. Huasun’s HJT modules are designed to withstand harsh desert conditions, having passed the Kiwa PVEL light and elevated temperature-induced degradation (LeTID) and thermal cycling (TC) tests. The innovative encapsulation technology, which combines “light conversion film + butyl adhesive” with the zero-busbar cell design, effectively resists UV radiation and minimizes hot spot risks.

Huasun is enhancing its global partnerships through the Belt and Road Initiative, taking advantage of its wide range of products and the strategic position of Saudi Arabia. The company’s adaptable modules cater to various applications, including large utility projects, commercial and residential rooftops, agricultural settings, and highway guardrails. This approach not only provides significant benefits but also aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and its commitment to sustainable development.
