Aljomaih Energy & Water Company, in collaboration with TotalEnergies, has signed an agreement to develop the 300 MW Rabigh 2 Solar Project. The signing took place during the Saudi-French Investment Forum, reinforcing bilateral cooperation in renewable energy.
The agreement was formalized by Mr. Ibrahim Aljomaih, Chairman of Aljomaih Energy & Water Co., alongside Saudi Power Procurement Company, the “Principal Buyer.” The high-profile event was attended by notable dignitaries, including French President Emmanuel Macron, HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Saudi Minister of Energy, HE Eng. Khalid Al-Falih, Minister of Investment, HE Dr. Majid Al-Kassabi, Minister of Commerce, and HE French Energy Minister.
This initiative highlights Saudi Arabia’s commitment to sustainable energy solutions and strengthens its ties with France in advancing green energy projects.
