Enphase Energy Brings IQ8 Microinverters To Latin America: Expanding Reach To Colombia, Panama & Costa Rica

Enphase Energy, Inc., a leader in energy technology and the top supplier of solar microinverters and battery systems, is expanding its presence in Latin America. The company has introduced its IQ8P™ Microinverters, which provide a peak AC power output of 480 W, to residential and commercial markets in Colombia, Panama, and Costa Rica. This launch supports the growing demand for high-powered solar modules. Enphase is collaborating with local installers and distributors across the region and has already launched IQ8™ Microinverters in the Caribbean. The company is also active in Brazil, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.

The IQ8 Microinverters are designed to maximize energy production by efficiently managing up to 14 amperes of continuous DC current, enabling them to work with higher-powered solar modules for better energy harvesting. The IQ8P Microinverters are the most powerful in Enphase’s lineup, capable of supporting solar modules up to 670 W DC. These inverters come with a 20-year limited warranty for those activated in Colombia, Panama, and Costa Rica.
