360 ONE Asset has appointed industry veteran Pritam Doshi as Chief Investment Officer and Head โ Renewable Energy, marking a significant step in strengthening its presence in Indiaโs fast-growing clean energy sector. In his new role, Doshi will lead the development of the firmโs integrated renewables platform within its alternates asset management business, with a mandate to build, own, and operate solar, wind, storage, and other renewable energy assets.
Doshi brings over two decades of experience across the US and India, having founded and scaled Quark Solar, a pioneering player in the commercial and industrial (C&I) solar segment. His expertise spans renewable investing, valuation, research, and building sustainable energy businesses. He holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, and a BSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Under his leadership, 360 ONE Asset plans to combine institutional investment capabilities with deep sectoral knowledge to curate differentiated opportunities for investors. The platformโs first proposed investment is set to be made through its funds into Quark Solar Private Limited, an EPC and O&M firm that has commissioned more than 450 solar projects across India, specializing in rooftop and open-access solutions for C&I clients.
Commenting on the appointment, Karan Bhagat, Founder, MD & CEO, 360 ONE, said that expanding into renewables is a natural progression in the firmโs alternatives strategy. โPritamโs track record and entrepreneurial vision make him the ideal leader to build and scale this platform,โ he noted.
Doshi expressed enthusiasm about steering the firmโs renewable energy initiatives. โIndiaโs energy transition presents both an imperative and an opportunity. With 360 ONEโs strong alternates platform and sector-focused approach, I look forward to building a best-in-class renewables franchise that delivers sustainable returns while contributing to the countryโs clean energy future,โ he said.
360 ONE Asset manages nearly $10 billion in listed markets and alternates across asset classes, including AIFs, PMS, ETFs, and mutual funds. The firm continues to focus on delivering strong risk-adjusted performance backed by deep domain expertise.
