Saatvik Green Energy Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited, has secured a ₹20.84 crore turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract from a leading solar developer. The project is scheduled for completion by March 2026.
The order covers the end-to-end execution of a solar power project, including design, engineering, procurement, supply, testing, and commissioning. The win further strengthens Saatvik Cleantech’s position in India’s fast-growing solar EPC market.
Commenting on the development, Prashant Mathur, Chief Executive Officer of Saatvik Green Energy Limited, said the contract reflects increasing confidence in the company’s technical expertise and execution capabilities. He added that the project will enhance the company’s order book and support its long-term growth strategy as India accelerates its clean energy transition.
The latest EPC order builds on Saatvik Green Energy’s recent momentum across both manufacturing and project execution. In recent months, the company secured a ₹486 crore solar module supply order from a prominent IPP/EPC player and won solar pump contracts worth approximately ₹30.24 crore from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) under the PM-KUSUM programme.
On the manufacturing front, Saatvik has also commissioned a 2 GW in-house EPE film manufacturing facility, strengthening backward integration and reinforcing its commitment to the Make in India initiative.
The company continues to expand its footprint across solar manufacturing and EPC segments as demand for renewable energy infrastructure rises nationwide.
