KPI Green Energy Limited has announced that it has secured major new orders for solar power projects in Khavda, located in the Kutch district of Gujarat. The orders have been awarded by Adani Green Energy Limited and Adani Green Energy Six Limited. Together, these projects cover a total capacity of 534 MW and relate specifically to the Balance of System (BoS) package for large utility-scale solar installations.
As per the companyโs disclosure, the scope of work is divided into two main parts. The first part relates to the supply of goods for projects awarded by Adani Green Energy Limited. Under this scope, KPI Green Energy will be responsible for manufacturing and procuring the required equipment, as well as packing and transporting it to the project site. The company will also conduct factory acceptance tests and supply mandatory and commissioning spares, consumables, and other related materials needed for smooth execution.
The second part of the scope involves onsite services, awarded by Adani Green Energy Six Limited. Under this portion, KPI Green Energy will manage the receipt, unloading, storage, and installation of all components at the site. The work includes civil, mechanical, and electrical activities, along with testing, commissioning, and final handover of the projects. The company will also carry out performance guarantee testing, which is a key requirement to ensure the projects meet agreed technical and output standards.
According to the official filing dated January 16, 2026, these domestic orders will be executed in a phased manner, in line with timelines mentioned in the respective contracts. The phased execution is expected to support smooth project delivery while meeting the technical and commercial requirements of the developers.
KPI Green Energy stated that these new orders are expected to further strengthen its position as a reliable EPC partner for large-scale utility solar projects in India. The development also supports the companyโs broader strategy of expanding and scaling up its EPC capabilities in the renewable energy sector.
The company also clarified that its promoters and promoter group entities do not have any interest in Adani Green Energy Limited or Adani Green Energy Six Limited. The contracts do not fall under related party transactions and have been awarded on an armโs length basis. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
