The deal structure is likely to involve the issuance of new equity shares, with Chubu Electric reportedly acquiring close to a 15% stake in the company. The investment will provide capital support for Continuum Green Energy’s ongoing expansion in wind and solar power projects across India.

Continuum Green Energy, an independent power producer, operates a diversified renewable portfolio comprising wind, solar, and hybrid energy assets supplying power to commercial and industrial consumers as well as utilities.

The investment reflects increasing interest from global utilities in India’s renewable energy sector, driven by strong growth potential and long-term clean energy demand.
