The Andhra Pradesh Solar Power Corporation Public Limited (APSPCL) has invited bids for five operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts across major ultra mega solar parks in Andhra Pradesh. These tenders have been issued under the “Works” category and focus on maintaining pooling substations, transmission lines, and water supply infrastructure associated with large-scale solar projects in the state. Each contract will remain valid for a period of two years.
The first tender, identified as APSPCL-e-E-07/2026-27, relates to the 1000 MW Kadapa Ultra Mega Solar Park located in Y.S.R. District. The selected contractor will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of one 220/33kV Pooling Sub Station-04, along with its associated 220kV double-circuit lines and 33kV lines at Mylavaram. The tender fee for this package is ₹6,955, while the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) has been fixed at ₹1,96,467.
Another tender, APSPCL-e-E-06/2026-27, covers the 500 MW Ananthapuramu-II Ultra Mega Solar Park at Talarichervu. The work includes operation and maintenance of two 220/33kV Pooling Sub Stations, associated transmission lines, and the integrated water supply scheme. The tender fee is ₹11,800, and the EMD requirement is ₹3,57,868.
Three additional tenders have been issued for different sections of the 1500 MW Ananthapuramu-I Ultra Mega Solar Park. Tender APSPCL-e-E-05/2026-27 is for the N.P. Kunta site in Sri Satya Sai District. It involves maintaining Pooling Sub Stations-2 and 3 along with the connected transmission infrastructure. The tender fee is ₹11,652, and the EMD stands at ₹3,29,151.
Tender APSPCL-e-E-04/2026-27 also relates to the N.P. Kunta site covers Pooling Sub Stations-1 and 4, associated transmission lines, and the water supply system. Interested bidders must pay a tender fee of ₹11,800 and submit an EMD of ₹3,59,868.
The fifth tender, APSPCL-e-E-03/2026-27, is for the Galiveedu site in Annamayya District. The scope includes operation and maintenance of three 220/33kV Pooling Sub Stations, related 220kV and 33kV transmission lines, and the site’s water supply system. This package has the highest EMD requirement among all five tenders at ₹4,79,673, while the tender fee remains ₹11,800.
All five tenders follow a common schedule. They were published on June 17, 2026, and online document downloads and bid submissions began at 3:00 PM on the same day. The last date for downloading documents and submitting bids is July 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The technical bid opening is scheduled for July 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM. APSPCL has advised interested bidders to ensure compliance with all e-procurement requirements before the submission deadline.
