Avener Green has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to supply 4.05 MWp DC of solar power to a CRISIL A+/Positive-rated corporate customer and a leading industrial steel manufacturer in Uttar Pradesh.
Under the agreement, the contracted renewable power will be supplied from Avener Green’s 30 MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) project located in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh. The long-term arrangement is expected to support the customer’s transition to reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable electricity while advancing its clean energy objectives.
The company said the partnership reflects its continued focus on delivering renewable energy solutions tailored to industrial consumers, enabling long-term energy cost optimization and supporting decarbonization efforts.
Avener Green added that the agreement reinforces its commitment to expanding clean energy adoption in India’s industrial sector while contributing to the country’s broader renewable energy and sustainability goals.
