Inox Wind Clarifies 100 MW Turnkey Order Was Received From Terra Clean, an IOCL Subsidiary

Inox Wind Limited has clarified that the 100 MW turnkey order announced on September 3, 2026, was received from Terra Clean Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), and not directly from IOCL.

The clarification was issued by Inox Wind to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on September 7, 2026, following its earlier press release titled “Inox Wind secures repeat turnkey order from Indian Oil Corporation Limited.”

Inox Wind stated that the reference to IOCL as the direct customer in the earlier announcement was an inadvertent error in the framing of the press release. The company clarified that Terra Clean Limited is the entity from which it received the 100 MW turnkey order and expressed regret for the misstatement.

The clarification was digitally signed by Deepak Banga, Company Secretary, Inox Wind Limited.
