Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has allotted 2,830 fully paid-up equity shares following the exercise of employee stock options. The allotment was approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the company’s Board of Directors and disclosed to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 23, 2026.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. According to the filing, the newly allotted shares have a face value of ₹1 each.
The total allotment comprises 1,415 equity shares issued to eligible employees who exercised their vested stock options under the Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015 (CMES ESOS). The options were exercised at an exercise price of ₹1 per option.
Along with these shares, the company has allotted an additional 1,415 bonus shares to the eligible employees in a 1:1 ratio. The bonus allotment was made in accordance with a shareholder resolution passed on August 8, 2025.
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions said that the total amount realised from the exercise of the stock options was ₹1,415. The newly allotted shares will not carry any lock-in period and will rank pari-passu with the company’s existing equity shares in all respects.
Following the allotment, the company’s total paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹11,75,49,370 to ₹11,75,52,200. The increase reflects the addition of the newly issued equity shares arising from the employee stock option exercise and the corresponding bonus shares.
The company also stated that the transaction will not have any impact on diluted earnings per share, as the number of shares added to the company’s overall capital base is relatively small.
The disclosure was signed by Ullash Parida, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, from the company’s head office in Mumbai.
The company has also provided detailed information relating to compliance with applicable SEBI requirements for the employee stock option scheme. Further details concerning the allotment and the ESOS framework have been made available through the company’s official disclosures.
