ACME Solar Incorporates 18 Wholly Owned Subsidiaries for Renewable Energy Projects

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has incorporated 18 wholly owned subsidiaries to undertake the development, establishment and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India.

The newly incorporated entities are Clearstone Powertech Private Limited, Deeptam Energy Private Limited, Ojaswi Renewables Private Limited, Marut Wind Power Private Limited, Greenstone Powertech Private Limited, Dyumna Greentech Private Limited, Kiranmay Greentech Private Limited, Spandana Renewables Private Limited, Clearray Powertech Private Limited, Brightray Powertech Private Limited, Brightstone Powertech Private Limited, Clearbeam Urja Private Limited, Brightvale Powertech Private Limited, Sudyumna Renewables Private Limited, Cleargrid Powertech Private Limited, Verdant Powertech Private Limited, Sphurti Urja Private Limited and Vasudha Greentech Private Limited.

According to the filing, all the subsidiaries were incorporated on October 6, 2026, and are engaged in the power generation and renewable energy sector. ACME Solar said the entities have been established specifically to undertake businesses related to the development, establishment and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects.

ACME Solar Holdings will maintain 100% ownership and control of the newly incorporated companies. The company subscribed to the initial paid-up share capital of each subsidiary entirely through cash consideration.

The subscription cost for each entity stands at ₹1 lakh, comprising 10,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The company also stated that no governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporations.

The filing does not disclose specific renewable energy projects, generation capacities, investment plans or commissioning schedules associated with the newly incorporated subsidiaries.
