Mizoram Issues NIT for 10 MW Solar PV Projects
The Power and Electricity Department, Government of Mizoram has floated a tender for procurement of Power from Grid-connected Solar PV Power Projects through Tariff based competitive Bidding Process for total 10 MW based on International Competitive Bidding Process as per Ministry of Power “Tariff based bidding Guidelines for solar PV Power Projects”.The last date for the submission of online bids is 28.05.2020 up to 04:00 PM. The Technical Bid Opening Date is 29.05.2020 at 12:30 PM and the Opening date of the financial bid is 04.06.2020 at 1:00 PM (tentative). Reverse Auction date Will be informed to eligible bidders. Along with the bids, the bidder should submit a document fee of Rs. 5000/- including GST. The bidders will have to also submit earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs 400,000 per MW per Project in the form of Bank Guarantee.
SECI Issues Amendment For 34 MW (AC) Ground-based Solar Project At Telangana
Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) recently Issued Public Notice of Amendment regarding the tender of 34 MW (AC) ground-based Solar PV Power Plant for different packages at SCCL Telangana State. The Amendments are Pressure Cooker Test shall be carried out under the following conditions: 121 °C /100 %Rh and 2 atm pressure for 48 hours. The apparatus shall be such that the specimen is not dipped in water but exposed to vapor (steam) while maintaining the aforementioned conditions. Necessary sensors for measurement of Temperature, Pressure, and RH shall be installed for verification. For acceptance: 1. there shall be no delamination or microcracks observed in the back sheet 2. The back sheet shall retain 30% of the initial value (as per approved GTP) of the Elongation at Break, Every DC input terminal of PCU shall be provided with fuse/MCB/MCCB of appropriate rating. The combined DC feeder shall have suitably rated isolators for safe start-up and shut down of the system. One spare DC input terminal shall be provided for each PCU, In case of outdoor PCU, PCU without LCD with provision for Data access over Bluetooth shall be acceptable.
First Indian Floating Solar + Storage Project Bids Extended Again, 6th Extension
The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has issued a notification, extending the bid submission deadline of its 4MW Floating Solar With 2MW of BESS Tender. The last date of bid submission is extended till 18.05.2020 (18:00 HRS). The techno-commercial bid opening shall be carried out on 21.05.2020 (11:00 HRS).In January, the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) issued a Request for Selection (RfS) to initiate 4 MW of grid-connected floating solar projects. The project consists of 2 MW of battery energy storage system (BESS). The projects will be established at Kalpong Dam in Diglipur which is located in northern Andaman and it will evolve on a build-own-operate (BOO) basis.
GUVNL Extends Bid Deadline For Its 700 MW Dholera Solar Projects
The Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd has issued a notice stating extension of the bid submission deadline for its 700 MW of solar projects in Dholera Solar Park (Phase IX). The existing deadline for bid submission was 30-04-2020 and now the revised date has been extended to 30-05-2020 at 5 pm. Earlier the submission of technical bids was 01.05.2020 which has been revised to 01.06.2020. The financial bid opening date, followed by an e-reverse auction has now been extended from 08.05.2020 to 08.06.2020. To participate along with the bids bidders should submit earnest money deposits of Rs. 400,000/MW and at the time of signing the power purchase agreement. Bidders will also have to pay a performance bank guarantee of Rs. 944,000.
NTPC Invites Bids For Electrical Maintenance of Thermal and Solar Project In Madhya Pradesh
The National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) has floated a tender for Electrical Maintenance of Vindhyachal Super Thermal Power Station(VSTPS), Stage-V (1X500MW), FGD, Stage-5 Rooftop solar, 2X4 MW small hydro, and AWRS stage-4 amp 5. The location for this project is in Vindhyanagar, Madhya Pradesh. The bid opening date is 15-May-2020 at 11:00 AM and the last date of bid submission is 13-May-2020 at 11:00 AM. The last date to Clarify anything regarding this bid is 08-May-2020 at noon. Along with the bid, the bidders have to submit an earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs. 5,00,000.There will be no pre-bid meeting for this tender. The Bid will be Valid for 180 days and the period of completion of work is 730 days.
KPCL Issues NIT For 10KVA Inverter Panel & 100AH Solar Batteries At Kolar
Karnataka Power Corporation Limited (KPCL), A Government of Karnataka Enterprise issued NIT (Notice Inviting Tender) for 10KVA Inverter Panel & 100AH Solar Batteries for off-grid 10kW rooftop system including buying hack of existing 16 Nos. of 12 V old Batteries at 3MW Solar Plant at Yalesandra, Kolar. The last date for any queries is 15.05.2020 and pre-meeting if further required is scheduled for 15.05.2020. The last date for the bid submission is 30.05.2020. The opening date of the technical bid is 02.06.2020 and the open date of price bid will be intimated later. To participate in the bidding process along with the bid the bidders must submit An Earnest Money Deposit for an amount of Rs 11,800/-.
Mizoram Issues RFS For 500 kW Grid connected Rooftop Solar
The Power and Electricity Department, Government of Mizoram, has issued a Request for Selection (RfS) Document for Empanelment of Developers for 500 kWp Grid connected Rooftop SPV Power Plants in different locations for Residential Sector in the state of Mizoram. The last date for the submission of online bids is 21.05.2020 up to 4:00 PM and the Technical Bid Opening Date is 22.05.2020 at 11:00 AM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 15.05.2020 at 11.30 A.M. The Estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2.95 crores and Period of empanelment is 12 Months. Along with the bids, the bidder should submit a document fee of Rs. 10,000/- and it is stated that the document fee is exempted for MSME of Mizoram. The bidders will have to also submit an earnest money deposit (EMD)of Rs 5 Lakhs. It has been highlighted that the tender Fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be submitted between all working days till 21/05/2020 by 04.00 PM.
MNRE Extends EOI Submission Date for KUSUM Decentralized and Agriculture Solar Pump Schemes
The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has issued a notice regarding the extension of date for submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) for evaluation of Component-A and Component-C of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Surakshaevem Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM KUSUM) Scheme.Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Surakshaevam Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) is a scheme for sustainable development of agriculture in India. It is prominently led by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). The Ministry stated in the notice that in view of the prevailing situation and lockdown in many parts of the country due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been decided to provide an extension in time for submission of EoIs. Interested parties may now submit EoIs by 1800 hours on 20-05-2020.
