Keltron Invites EPC Contractors for Setting Up 1-10KW Hybrid Solar Rooftops Across Karnataka

Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (keltron) Invites applications for empanelment of Agencies/EPC contractors for installation of Grid Interactive Hybrid Solar Rooftop Plant at different offices across Karnataka on turnkey or EPC contract basis.

Last Date & Time of online submission of bid document is 22.07.2020 at 18:00 Hrs and Opening Date & Time of Technical Bids is 25.07.2020.

To participate in this tender EPC contractors should have the bidder should have Min 15 service centers across the state of Karnataka, The OEM should have installed Hybrid inverter Plants of cumulative 2.5 MW capacity in any Government organization during past 5 years and should have completion certificate for 2.5MW Hybrid Grid Interactive Solar Power Plant.

The bidder should also be a profit making company for the last three years and should have an annual turnover of min 40 Cr in for the last 3 year.

In June, Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (keltron) issued a notice inviting tender for supply of 330wp multi-crystalline solar PV modules at  Ramakkalmedu, Idukki, Kerala .

In March, The Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) has invited competitive bids for setting up 150 MW rooftop solar PV power plants under the SOURA project on EPC, EPC-RESCO hybrid basis  in the domestic sector in Kerala.The Government of Kerala has launched the project SOURA to add 1000 MW Solar Power Plants to the grid of Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd, under Urja Kerala Mission, a vision to develop the energy sector in the state to global standards.This vision is in line with the spirit of the national goal of achieving 100 GW of solar capacity by 2022. Out of 1000 MW, 500 MW is earmarked for RoofTop Solar (RTS) plants and 200 MW will be deployed in the first phase.
