Central Electronics Limited (CEL) has issued a tender for supply of 20,00,000 Nos of Multi-crystalline Solar Cells, PERC (5 Bus Bar).
According to the document the technical specification of the cells is 157x157mm+-0.25mm and Efficiency:> 19.6 %.

To participate in this tender the bidder must be Solar Cell manufacturers and their authorised vendors authorisation from OEM. Traders/ Stockists are not allowed to participate in this tender.
In July, Central Electronics Limited (CEL) issued a tender, inviting Online bids ( (Technical & Financial) from eligible bidders for the supply of 20,00,000 Nos. of multi-crystalline solar cells.
Only original manufacturers or their authorized representatives were allowed to participate in this bid. Vendors should also have a minimum of 50 MW/annum in house multi-crystalline solar cells manufacturing capacity.
