Solar Energy Corporation (SECI) has issued Tender for the Manufacturing, Testing, Packing and Forwarding, Supply and Transportation of 1680 MWp Domestically Manufactured Solar PV Modules with Domestically Manufactured Solar Cells.
The last date to submit the bid is 29th July 2022 and the bids will be opened on the same day.
SECI has divided the total tender capacity into 4 package of 420 MW each. Bidders can quote for single or two packages ie. 840 MW max.
SECI has right to modify the capacity by 10%+ or –
Bidders can quote only monocrystalline or thin film modules for this tender. Bidder must comply with ALMM list of approved models and manufacturers. The supplier will supply 0.5% of the package Capacity awarded as mandatory spares, in addition to the award package
Tender processing fee is Rs 25000. EMD deposit amount for single package bidder is Rs. 19 Cr whereas for double package bidder it is Rs. 38 Cr. Bidders should also pay a performance guarantee which is 3% of the contract value.
The order completion period is of 16 months from the date of the order agreement.
Last week SECI has floated tender for setting up of grid connected 30 MW Floating Solar PV (FSPV) plants on raw water reservoirs of Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) Thermal Power Plants at Koderma, Mejia and Raghunathpur Thermal Power stations.
