RUVNL Issues Tender for Forecasting and Scheduling of RE Projects in Rajasthan

RAJASTHAN URJA VIKAS NIGAM LIMITED (RUVNL) invites โ€œOnline Tendersโ€ (e-tendering) for โ€œLoad Forecasting, RE (Wind & Solar) Generation Forecasting and Schedule Optimizerโ€ for the State of Rajasthan.

Tender Fee of Rs. 11,800/- (incl. GST @ 18%) to be made online directly through RTGS and NEFT. The payment of EMD i.e., Rs.10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten lakhs Only) can be made online directly through RTGS and NEFT or through Bank Guarantee.

Duration of contract is 02 (Two) years from the date from which the contract shall become effective, extendable up to 12 months.

Online (E-tendering) tender/offer submission last date and time is Up to 16:00 Hrs. of 07.11.2022 and bids will be opened on 11.11.2022.

The scope of the work covers short-term, medium term, and long-term power and energy demand, as well as renewable energy forecasting. The chosen consultant must also offer a procurement assessment and power availability. The selected firm should provide a bi-lateral market participation strategy, scheduling, dispatch planning, network management and database management, real time market bidding solutions integration and other reports.

The bidder must have experience of providing consulting services for energy planning, power demand forecasting and power scheduling for at least one year to any state transmission utility, state load despatch centre, regional load despatch central, or distribution company in the past five years. All ongoing assignments completed within a year of the bid opening date are also eligible.

The experience of consultants in the Indian power sector must be at least of five years. The bidder must have at least one year of experience in the field of power distribution, state electricity boards, or department of electricity in the area power distribution and power cost optimization. This is on a retainer basis for twelve months.
