SJVN Tenders For Inspection of PV Modules of 5.5 MW Charanka Solar Project Using Drone

Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) has released tender for inspection of PV Modules of 5.5 MW(p) Charanka Solar Power Project with UAV/Drone mounted thermography camera.

Bids must be submitted by November 9, 2022, which will be publicly opened on the same day.

There is no earnest money deposit is asked for this tender.

The contract period is of 1 Month 15 Days. Bidders must have minimum 3 years of experience of similar work.

Time allowed for Technical Clarifications during technical evaluation is 3 Days

If the bidder is a Micro or Small Enterprise, the bidder shall be exempted from the requirement of “Bidder Turnover” criteria and “Experience Criteria” subject to meeting of quality and technical specifications. If the bidder is OEM of the offered products, it would be exempted from the “OEM Average Turnover” criteria also subject to meeting of quality and technical specifications. In case any bidder is seeking exemption from Turnover / Experience Criteria, the supporting documents to prove his eligibility for exemption must be uploaded for evaluation by the buyer.

Years of Past Experience required: The bidder must have experience for number of years as indicated above in bid data sheet (ending month of March prior to the bid opening) of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU / Public Listed Company. Copies of relevant contracts / orders to be
uploaded along with bid in support of having provided services during each of the Financial year.

Recently, the supply of balance of system (BoS) and 3 years of complete operation and maintenance for 100 MW of grid-connected solar power projects in Punjab has been put out to bid by SJVN Green Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN. The deadline for bid submissions is November 14, 2022, which will be unveiled on the same day.
