NTPC Starts Commercial Operation of 50 MW of Nokhra Solar Project

NTPC has started commercial operation of the second part capacity of 50 MW out of 300 MW Nokhra Solar PV Project with effect from 30 December, 2022 at Bikaner in Rajasthan.

The first part capacity of 100 MW is already declared on commercial operation with effect from 20 December 2022.

With this, the standalone installed and commercial capacity of NTPC will reach 58,259 MW, while the group installed and commercial capacity of NTPC will stand at 70,874 MW.
