SJVN Green Energy Seeks Bids for 140 MWp of Solar PV Modules in Punjab

SJVN Green Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN Limited, has released an invitation for online bids from eligible bidders for the manufacture and supply of solar PV modules with a capacity of 140.40 MWp. The modules are intended for a solar power project located in Punjab, specifically at Pojewal SPP and Rurki Chandpur SPP in Tehsil Garhshankar, District Nawashahar.

The procurement process involves a two-stage bidding process, consisting of a Techno-commercial Bid (Stage-1) and a Price Bid (Stage-2) with Reverse Auction. The solar modules must be sourced from manufacturers listed in the latest “Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM)” issued by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).

The selection of contractors for the procurement will be conducted through e-bidding, followed by an e-Reverse Auction process. Bidders can bid for a minimum capacity of 23.40 MWp, with allocations in multiples of 23.40 MWp, and a maximum allocation of 140.40 MWp for a single bidder.

The deadline for bid submission is June 13, 2023, and the bids will be opened on the same day.
