Prime Esco Company Limited, a subsidiary of Prime Road Power Public Company Limited (PRIME), has entered into a 25-year power purchase agreement (Private PPA) with Hoya Lumphun Company Limited for a private solar power project boasting a capacity of 1.62 MW.
The project, which was successfully completed on August 15, 2023, is on track for commercial operation by October 2023. This initiative is anticipated to yield an annual revenue of approximately THB 6.87 million for PRIME.
In addition to this milestone, PRIME’s subsidiaries are actively engaged in negotiations for Private PPA projects that collectively amount to around 9.50 MW, with expectations to secure a Letter of Award by October 2023.
This expansion reflects PRIME’s commitment to sustainable energy solutions and further growth in the renewable energy sector.
