KPI Green Energy Clinches 24.96 MW Of Solar Project Contracts In CPP Segment

In a significant development, KPI Green Energy Limited has been awarded contracts for solar power projects in two separate announcements. The first announcement pertains to the company’s success in securing a Letter of Award (LOA) for a substantial 22.26 MWp Solar Power Project. This project, to be developed under the Captive Power Producer (CPP) segment, is in collaboration with M/s Aditya Birla Renewable Energy Limited, a leading entity based in Mumbai. The project’s location is set in the vibrant state of Gujarat, further expanding KPI Green Energy’s footprint in the renewable energy sector.

Under this contract, KPI Green Energy will provide comprehensive services, encompassing design, engineering, procurement, supply, transportation, insurance, construction, testing, synchronization, commissioning, and operationalization. Additionally, the company will conduct performance acceptance tests (PAT) and facility acceptance tests (FAT) while obtaining the necessary permits and approvals for the Solar Power Generator. This achievement aligns with the company’s strategic goal to become a key player in the industry, with an ambitious target of reaching 1,000 MW by 2025.

The second announcement underscores KPI Green Energy’s success in receiving repeat orders for an aggregate capacity of 2.70 MW for solar power projects. These projects fall under the ‘Captive Power Producer (CPP)’ segment of the company. With this latest addition, KPI Green Energy’s cumulative orders for solar power projects in the CPP segment have now surpassed an impressive 115+ MW. This underscores the company’s growing influence and prominence in the renewable energy sector.
