SJVN Green Energy Limited, a subsidiary of SJVN Limited, has announced an invitation for online bids for the manufacture and supply of Solar PV Modules totaling 1960 MWp capacity for solar power projects across various states in India. The projects include installations for Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL), Punjab Solar Power Policy (Punjab SPP), and Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL), with a grand total of 1960 MWp capacity. The bidding process will be conducted in two stages: Technical and Commercial Bid, with a strict adherence to the specified terms and conditions outlined in the Tender Document.
Interested bidders are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5900.00 for the bid document, with the bid security or earnest money deposit (EMD) to be furnished as per the declaration. The bid documents will be available for download until March 4, 2024. Additionally, a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 21, 2024, to address any queries from potential bidders.
To qualify, bidders must meet the technical eligibility criteria, which includes having manufactured and supplied Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) Modules of cumulative capacity of 30 MWp or above in the last seven years. Furthermore, at least one supply order should be of 10 MWp or above capacity.
The submission deadline for the Techno-Commercial bid is March 5, 2024, with the opening scheduled for the same day. The last date for the submission of hard copies of documents is March 11, 2024. The currency of the bid will be as per the Instruction to Bidders (ITB) part of the bid document, and the bid validity period is set for 90 days from the last submission date.
Queries regarding the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) can be directed to the Deputy General Manager (Contracts) at SGEL’s Corporate Headquarters in Shimla. Additionally, a pass phrase is required for the opening of bids, to be submitted via email before the bid opening date and time.
