Ambia Energy’s Chief Sales Officer, Mason Boddy, has won a Gold Stevie Award for National Sales Executive of the Year at the 19th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. These awards are among the most prestigious in recognizing excellence in sales, customer service, business development, and contact centers worldwide. The Stevie Awards also run other well-known business award programs, including the American Business Awards® and the International Business Awards®. Mason will be honored at a gala event on April 10 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City, where over 400 industry professionals will gather. This year’s competition saw over 2,100 nominations from organizations across 45 countries and territories, with winners chosen by 176 expert judges.
Since joining Ambia, Mason has played a key role in the company’s success, doubling its revenue year-over-year despite challenges in the solar industry. Under his leadership, Ambia now boasts the highest Per Rep Average (PRA) selling program in the country. By restructuring compensation plans and focusing on team development, he has built a high-performing, collaborative sales force. Judges praised his achievements, noting, “Year-over-year sales growth of 147% despite the testing hardships experienced in the solar industry is extraordinary.”
Stevie Awards president Maggie Miller mentioned, “The outstanding scores awarded to this year’s Stevie winners reflect the exceptional levels of achievement they demonstrate. We proudly join the judges and the entire Stevie Awards community in congratulating and celebrating the winners on their accomplishments.”
