Vikram Solar Limited, one of Indiaโ€™s top solar module manufacturers, has received a major order from Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (GIPCL) to supply 326.625 MW of high-efficiency solar modules. These modules will be used in the Khavda Renewable Energy Park, a large-scale renewable project in the Great Rann of Kutch, Gujarat. With this order, Vikram Solarโ€™s total supply to the Khavda project now stands at around 1.3 GW, making it a key contributor to the park’s development.

Mr. Gyanesh Chaudhary, Chairman & Managing Director of Vikram Solar, said in a statement, โ€œWe are thrilled to secure this order, which reinforces the strong and enduring relationship between Vikram Solar and GIPCL. The Khavda project represents more than just scaleโ€”it symbolizes a collective push toward energy security and sustainability. With this order, we are contributing to one of the most important renewable energy projects in India.โ€

The modules are set for delivery in the financial year 2025โ€“26, and the entire project is expected to be completed by December 2026. The Khavda Renewable Energy Park is also expected to boost local employment and support Indiaโ€™s push towards clean energy. Vikram Solarโ€™s high-performance modules are built to handle tough environmental conditions, highlighting the companyโ€™s strong position and reliability in Indiaโ€™s renewable energy sector.
