The modules will be installed near Nakhatrana in the Kutch district of Gujarat. The supply is part of a 600 MW solar project being developed by Indian Oil NTPC Green Energy Private Limited, a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation Limited and NTPC Green Energy Limited. This project further strengthens Vikram Solar’s presence in one of India’s key renewable energy regions.

Under the contract, Vikram Solar will provide its advanced N-TOPCon solar modules. These modules are designed to deliver higher efficiency, better performance, and improved reliability, especially for large utility-scale solar installations. The company said that delivery of the modules is expected to begin in the financial year 2025–26.

Gujarat continues to play an important role in India’s clean energy growth. The state has strong policy support, good infrastructure, and several large renewable energy projects under development. With this new order, Vikram Solar aims to expand its footprint in the state and support India’s energy transition goals.

Mr. Gyanesh Chaudhary, Chairman and Managing Director of Vikram Solar, said that this order marks an important milestone for the company as it begins its first engagement with INGEL on a large and strategically significant project in Gujarat. He added that the order reflects the company’s ability to deliver high-performance N-TOPCon technology for complex projects and expressed confidence in building a long-term partnership to support India’s fast-growing clean energy sector.
