Bondada Engineering Bags ₹469.52 Crore Orders For 250 MW Khavda Solar Project

Bondada Engineering Limited has announced that it has secured multiple new orders from the Adani Group worth ₹469.52 Crores. The latest contracts are considered a major boost for the company’s growing presence in India’s renewable energy infrastructure sector.

According to the disclosure, the orders are related to the supply of goods and onsite services for the Balance of System (BoS) package of a 250 MW solar power project being developed at Khavda in Kutch district of Gujarat. Khavda has emerged as one of the biggest renewable energy hubs in the country and is witnessing large-scale solar and wind energy developments by leading energy companies.

The contracts have been awarded by Adani Green Energy Limited and Adani Green Energy Six Limited, both part of the Adani Group. Bondada Engineering stated that the project execution timeline is fixed at eight months from the date of receiving the order. The company also clarified that the total contract value of ₹469,52,31,028 is inclusive of all applicable taxes.

In its filing, Bondada Engineering further confirmed that there is no promoter or group company interest involved in the awarding entities. Therefore, the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction under regulatory norms.

The company highlighted that with these fresh orders, its cumulative executed capacity for the Adani Group has now reached 975 MW. This marks an important milestone for the infrastructure company and strengthens its position in the domestic renewable energy market. Bondada Engineering believes the order inflow reflects increasing confidence from major clients in the company’s engineering expertise and project execution capabilities.

The company also stated that these repeat and large-value orders demonstrate its strong track record of delivering projects on time while maintaining operational efficiency. It added that the growing order book will further support its expansion plans in the renewable energy engineering and infrastructure business.
