During the exhibition, we were pleased to meet customers, partners, media representatives, and industry experts from across the global solar value chain. Under the theme “Increase Efficiency, Transform the Future,” CYBRID showcased a broad portfolio of advanced polymer material solutions for high-efficiency PV modules, next-generation photovoltaic technologies, energy storage, and space solar applications.

For CYBRID, this year’s SNEC was not only a product showcase. It was also an opportunity to demonstrate how advanced polymer materials can support higher efficiency, stronger reliability, and broader application scenarios across the new energy industry.

Advanced Materials for the Full PV Lifecycle

As the PV industry moves from efficiency improvement to long-term lifecycle value, materials are playing an increasingly important role in module performance, reliability, installation flexibility, and asset operation.

At SNEC PV+ 2026, CYBRID presented material solutions across the PV lifecycle — from utility-scale solar plants and C&I distributed PV to BIPV, lightweight PV modules, and MoPro® aftermarket solutions.

One of the key moments during the exhibition was the official certification of CYBRID’s Water-Barrier PV Frontsheet by TÜV SÜD based on the IEC 62788-2-1 standard. The certification provides further validation of the product’s safety performance and long-term reliability for PV applications.

Raybo® Film: Turning Light into Long-Term Value

Raybo® Film was one of the most visited highlights at the CYBRID booth.

Through an on-site demonstration, visitors were able to see how Raybo® converts ultraviolet light into wavelengths that can be more effectively utilized by solar cells. This helps improve module power output while reducing the risk of UV-induced degradation.

For high-efficiency PV technologies such as TOPCon, HJT, BC, and perovskite, UV management is becoming increasingly important. Raybo® is designed not only to protect modules from UV-related risks, but also to convert light into usable energy value.

With a clear patent portfolio, Raybo® also helps reduce compliance risks for customers during large-scale adoption and long-term application.

Raybo® has already been adopted in JA Solar’s DeepBlue 4.0, DeepBlue 5.0, and JAX Desert Series modules, demonstrating its value in real-world PV applications.

Beyond conventional PV applications, CYBRID also highlighted material innovations for emerging energy scenarios.

In energy storage, CYBRID is building on years of experience in automotive power battery materials. Products such as cell blue film and Busbar materials have already entered leading positions in the industry. As energy storage systems continue to scale, demand is growing for materials that support insulation protection, thermal safety management, and structural bonding. CYBRID’s energy storage solutions reflect the extension of its proven battery material capabilities into solar-plus-storage applications.

In space solar power, CYBRID is extending its expertise into ultra-lightweight, radiation-resistant, and highly reliable materials designed for extreme operating environments. During SNEC PV+ 2026, CYBRID officially joined the Space Energy Technology Ecosystem Alliance initiated by JA Solar, marking another step in its exploration of advanced materials for future energy applications.

Strong Industry and Media Attention

Throughout the exhibition, CYBRID’s innovations attracted strong attention from visitors and media organizations.

Media outlets including China Media Group, Finance Net, Yicai Global, China Energy News, Solarbe, Jiemian News, and PV Magazine engaged with CYBRID on topics ranging from material innovation and industrial upgrading to solar-plus-storage integration and future energy technologies.

SNEC PV+ 2026 offered a clear view of where the industry is heading: higher efficiency, stronger reliability, more diversified application scenarios, and deeper system integration.

As a diversified polymer material solution provider, CYBRID will continue to advance material innovation across photovoltaics, battery materials, energy storage, semiconductors, consumer electronics, and other high-growth application fields.

We look forward to continuing the conversations started at SNEC and working with global partners to create greater long-term value through advanced materials.
