Genedge Renewables Private Limited has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced, technically qualified, and financially sound manufacturers for the supply of Module Mounting Structures (MMS) for its 340.20 MWp ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) project being developed for Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) in Gujarat.
The EOI aims to identify capable manufacturers that can undertake the manufacture, fabrication, galvanization or Galvalume coating, supply, packing, transportation, and delivery of the required Module Mounting Structures for the large-scale solar project. The procurement forms an important part of the project’s execution, ensuring the timely availability of high-quality structural components needed for solar module installation.
According to the invitation, the selected manufacturer will be responsible for supplying fixed-tilt Module Mounting Structures (MMS) along with all associated structural components and hardware. The materials must comply with the buyer’s technical specifications, approved engineering drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), quality standards, and scheduled delivery timelines. The structures are expected to meet the project’s technical and quality requirements to support the long-term performance and reliability of the solar power plant.
Genedge Renewables has specified that interested manufacturers should have proven experience in executing utility-scale solar Module Mounting Structure projects. Companies are required to submit both Technical and Commercial Expressions of Interest, supported by a comprehensive company profile. The submission should also include details of manufacturing facilities, production capacity, quality certifications, financial credentials, and previous experience in similar large-scale solar infrastructure projects.
The company is seeking participation from manufacturers with strong technical capabilities and established manufacturing infrastructure to ensure efficient project execution. The EOI process is expected to help Genedge Renewables identify qualified partners capable of delivering the required structures in line with project specifications and timelines.
Interested manufacturers must submit their EOI documents via email to amitkumar@genedge.in. The last date for submission of Expressions of Interest is August 7, 2026. The initiative marks another step in the development of the 340.20 MWp GUVNL solar project in Gujarat, supporting the expansion of utility-scale solar power infrastructure in the state.
