At COP26 in 2021, India announced it’s Net Zero target of 2070 and during COP27 it submitted its Long-term Strategy for Low Carbon Development. The new data states that India would reach 500 GW by 2030 is currently working to install 50% of non-fossil sources to generate power by 2030.An announcement for a Hydrogen Energy Mission has also been made for green and grey hydrogen.PAT (Perform, Achieve and Trade), a market-based scheme, has already prevented CO2 emissions of up to 92 million tonnes during its 1st and 2nd cycles.
