SECI Extends Bid Deadline for 81 MW Solar Projects In Telangana, 2nd Extension

The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has issued a notification regarding extension of the bid submission deadline for three solar PV project.The location of all the tenders are at SCCL Telangana .

The three tenders are : 34 MW (AC) ground-based Solar PV Power Plant for different packages at SCCL, 32 MW (AC) OB Dump based Solar PV Power Plant for different packages at SCCL and 15 MW (AC) Floating Solar PV Power Plant for different packages at SCCL Telangana State.

The tender for the Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and O&M of 34 MW (AC) ground-based Solar PV Power Plant has been extended from 13.05.2020 to 12.06.2020 till 1400 HRS.

The tender for the Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and O&M of 32 MW (AC) OB Dump based Solar PV Power Plant has been extended from 15.05.2020 till 1400 HRS to 15.06.2020 till 1400 HRS.

The tender for Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and O&M of 15 MW (AC) Floating Solar PV Power Plant has been extended from 18.05.2020 till 1400 HRS to 17.06.2020 till 1400 HRS.

In April, SECI announced its first extension for 34 MW (AC) ground-based Solar PV Power Plant, 32 MW (AC) OB Dump based Solar PV Power Plant and 15 MW (AC) Floating Solar PV Power Plant concurrently.

Recently, SECI has also issued a notice in concern with tender related queries for 15 MW (AC) Floating Solar PV Power Plant for different sites at SCCL Telangana State. The notice stated that it’s evident that the global outbreak of Pandemic Novel Coronavirus, COVID 19 has significantly hampered the functioning of all sectors including institutions, commercial establishments, offices & various manufacturing units are also at standstill. As conducting pre-bid meetings is not possible in the current pandemic circumstances, SECI has requested bidders to submit their tender related queries via email before 24.04.2020 by 1800 Hrs.
