Haryana Renewable Energy Development Agency (HREDA) has issued a tender for installation of grid connected rooftop solar on the Roofs of Govt. Buildings in the State of Haryana.
The scope of work for successful bidders is supply,Installation, Erection and commissioning, testing along with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of solar rooftop projects for 25 years.Delivery period for this project is three months from the date of placement of work order.
The last date of bid submission is 20.07.2020 at 02:00 P.M..The opening date of the technical bid is on or after 20.07.2020 at 02:30 P.M.The date of financial bid will be decided later.The last date of online submission of EMD, Tender fee & e-Service is through net banking and debit card is On or before last date of submission of Technical Bids upto 12:00 Noon and if bidders want to submit fees through RTGS/ NEFT the last date is On or before 16.07.2020 Upto 02:00 P.M.
Along with the bids, the bidders are required to submit tender fees of Rs. 5000/- and E-Service Fee of Rs. 1000/-.The bidders are also required to submit earnest money deposit of Rs.2,00,000/-.The total tender value is Rs 111 Crores for 30 MW.
Haryana based manufacturing Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs),Khadi Village Industries Unit, Haryana based Startups/First Generation Entrepreneurs eligible as per State policy are exempted from submitting any fee.
Eligibility Criteria for a bidder to participate in this tender is that the bidder should have minimum average annual turnover Rs. 2 Crores/MW in the last three years, ending 31st March of the previous Financial Year.
The bidder should also have positive net worth in the last three years, ending 31st March of the previous Financial Year.
Bidders should have successfully completed Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Grid Connected Rooftop Solar Power Plants of minimum 40 % (cumulative capacity) of quoted capacity during the last three years up to the last date of bid submission form any State / Centre Govt. Agency / Department/ Organization/ autonomous body/ private sector verified by SNA.
Recently, Haryana Renewable Energy Development Agency floated Online tenders for LED Based Solar Home System for Anganwari Centres.The last date of bid submission is 03.07.2020 at 02:00 P.M.Date & time of opening of Technical Bids/s.will be on or after 03.07.2020 at 02:30 P.M.Date & time of opening of Financial Bids/s To be decided later according to tender document. The last date of online submission of EMD, Tender fee & e-Service through is On or before the last date of submission of Technical Bids up to 12:00 Noon and if bidders want to submit fees through RTGS/ NEFT the last date is On or before 01.07.2020 Upto 02:00 P.M.
The scope of work for the successful bidder is Supply, installation, and commissioning of LED Based Solar Home System for Anganwari Centres of the Haryana State with five years warranty of the complete system. The delivery period is three months from the date of placement of work order.
