SECI, the nodal agency responsible for implementation of 12GW solar power plant connected with ISTS linked with setting-up solar manufacturing unit, asked commission for approval of discovered tariff for 8.8GW capacity. On June 2019, SECI issued manufacturing linked tender of 7GW ISTS connected solar PV plant linked with setting up of 2GW solar manufacturing capacity.
After several amendment and revision of capacity with inclusion of greenshoe option, the awarded capacity to two winners are as follows.

Out of the total 12GW awarded capacity SECI has signed letter of award (LOA) with Adani Green Energy at 2.42 INR/Kwh in respect of 4667MW and at 2.54 INR/Kwh in respect of 1200MW.
LOA rate for Azure power are 2.42 INR/Kwh in respect of 2333MW and 2.54 INR/Kwh in respect of 600MW.
Accordingly SECI has signed power sale agreement (PSA) with the following DISCOM in line of the signed LOA.

- Chattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd.
- Tamilnadu Generation & Distribution Corporation.
- APCPDCL
- APEPDCL
- APSPDCL
- Jammu & Kashmir Power Corporation Limited.

After analyzing all relevant declaration received from petitioner, commission adopts recently discovered tariff rate for 8800MW capacity linked with 3000MW solar PV manufacturing capacity. SECI has to open letter of credit (LOC) for payment security of awarded developer. The rest of 3200MW out of total 1200MW capacity, for which power sale agreement (PSA) is still pending, will be done by SECI at the earliest.
