Harsh Shah Joins Azure Power as Chief Executive Officer

Azure Power CEO Harsh Shah Resigns With Immediate Effect

Azure Power, India’s leading provider of sustainable energy solutions and renewable power producers, announced that Mr. Harsh Shah has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.


Harsh has extensive business and leadership experience, with a strong track record in building large infrastructure platforms, establishing high-performing teams, and delivering financial and operational success. Before joining Azure, Harsh was CEO of IndiGrid, India’s largest Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT). Harsh also worked as the CFO of Sterlite Power, and with L&T Infrastructure Finance Finance, Procter & Gamble, AGNI Inc. and HEC Infra.
