UPMRCL Invites Bids For 1 MW Solar Rooftop Systems For Kanpur Metro Project

Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (UPMRCL) invites open e-tenders from eligible applicants, who fulfill qualification criteria, for the work “Design,
Engineering, Supply, Storage, Civil work, Erection of suitable structure, Testing & Commissioning of the 1.0MWp Rooftop Solar PV project including Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance (O&M) for a period of 5 Years of Kanpur Metro Project of UPMRCL.

Tender submission End Date is 28.09.2022 up to 15:00 Hrs and tender will be opened on 29.09.2022 at 15:00 Hrs.

Cost of Tender documents Rs. 23,600/- (including of 18% GST) (NonRefundable)

Approximate cost of work is Rs. 4 Crore (Project Capacity ~ 1.0MWp).

Bidders shall upload scanned copy of Undertaking for Tender Security Declaration as per Format-3 Tender document at the time of online bid submission. If Undertaking for Tender Security Declaration is not submitted or is not in prescribed format then such bids shall be considered ineligible and summarily rejected.

Completion period of the Work is 06 months from the date of issue of LOA.

Within 30 days after the acceptance letter, the successful bidder must provide an amount equal to 3% of contract value.

Each project should have a capacity of between 10 kW and 400 kW. Rooftop units can be connected to the grid separately and may also have separate energy meters.

The bidder should ensure the projects minimum capacity utilisation factor of 12%.

Last month UPMRCL had tendered from eligible applicants, who fulfill qualification criteria, for the work contract of Design, Engineering, Supply, Storage, Civil work, Erection of suitable structure, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the 2 MWp Rooftop Solar PV project including Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance (O&M) of the project in RESCO Model for a period of 25 years on Depot and Stations of Lucknow Metro Project of UPMRC Ltd.
