The accompany proposal provides an extremely comprehensive response to your entire requirement.

Brief info on our products is as follows:

For SOLAR Segment we have developed specialized products for solar Module cleaning, which will prolong and reduce the soiling of modules.

Category: Universal Chemical (Generally for different types of pollution in different part of county) & Specific issue (Paint, Cement, Gum, Adhesive, Metal dust, minerals, oil, grease, honey bee wax, dragon fly drop, bird drops, module protective plastic film glue, Zinc/Lime stone powder etc.

Our Products SPERESIK‐GC/RX/J/HD/HWSR/PKSPERESIK‐N, SPERESIK‐U, SPERESIK‐H, SPERESIK‐MPR/MPY/SC, SPERESIK-PRSPERESIK-5G specifically designed for PV cells / Module maintenance.

SPERESIK-GC (pH-1 to 2): This product is designed for Modules specifically located in areas, where the Cement, Zinc, Industrial pollution & extreme industrial pollution are heavily formed. At other places where modules have heavy deposits and hard scales, bird droppings, this product is used only at the initially cleaning stage. Later, other product SPERESIK-SC can be used for maintaining modules and prolonging soiling problem. This product removes all the hard scales and sticky matter from the surface, thus making the surface clean and avoids further hardening of scales. Excellent for Cement dust. Take precaution when used in Galvanised roof top.

SPERESIK-MPR/MPY/ MPO/AKB/SC: This product series is specifically designed to keep the module surface free from any types of sticky or static dust deposition. This product forms a non-interfering anti-static layer on the module surface and avoids the hardening of the scales and / or dust on the glass surface. Thus the dust / soil deposited due to winds can easily be removed and does not stick to the surface. Due to this, maintenance activities and cost both reduce.

SPERESIK-RX/HD (pH-1 to 2): Another new formulation which can solve all types of cleaning issues. Especially for Heavy Industrial pollution/Zinc/Lime Stone/Ideal for large installations and the areas where other chemicals doesn’t work.

SPERESIK-J (pH-5 to 7): Another new formulation which can solve all types of cleaning issues. Ideal for large installations and the areas where other chemicals doesn’t work.

SPERESIK- U: This Product is specially designed for all types of pollution except Cement and Industrial pollution.

It is a universal product. Good for Small rooftop installations.

SPERESIK- H: This is a hydrophobic chemical based in nano technology. It is dust and water repellent. After applying this nothing will stick on the panel and waterless cleaning is possible. Life for this product is 2-3 years. It save time, water, energy, manpower etc. Ideal for big installations.

SPERESIK-B: Another safe chemical for solar module cleaning. It removes heave dust & dirt. Dilution ration 1:5-10 depend on contaminations. Ideal for Big Installation.

2. Do Sar Incorporation PV cleaners have any certification from UL or TUV to use in solar modules?

NO we tried with many module manufacturers but no one given fruitful reply. All module manufacturers are outside India and climate and other pollution conditions are different then India therefore except mild soap with pH value 5–7 therefore their cleaning norms are not suitable in india as per Indian conditions.

3. Sar Incorporation’s PV cleaners product launch year?

2015 with one chemical for Cement Industry. Perhaps we are the one who introduced chemical cleanings in solar industry.

4. How much (in liter) capacity of Sar Incorporation’s PV cleaner is being sold to the Indian solar market per year? (Liter/annum)

10000 to 15000 liters/KG’s per annum.

5. According to you, what is the present market size for chemical solar PV cleaner in India (liter/annum)?

Huge as India is an under construction country with poor hygienic awareness/condition thus cleaning is required everywhere with high frequency. Since Solar industry is growing day by day therefore in termes of volume and revenue is increasing. You can in every segment of solar every day new companies are forming. (Refer ENF Solar Directory). In today’s mail of ENF 62 new companies have been added in which 11 are from india. Facts and figures we can give after couple of days as it is changing everyday.
