Reneuco RE Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reneuco, formerly known as KPower RE Sdn Bhd, has announced the signing of a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with Pengurusan Murni Sdn Bhd (PMSB) and Aero Line Facilities & Engineering Services Sdn Bhd (ALFES) to explore a collaborative venture in the green energy sector in Perak. The MOA aims to establish a partnership for the supply of Smart Solar LED Lighting for the Smart Solar Project, marking a significant step in Reneuco’s commitment to promoting clean energy.
The MOA entered sets out the understanding and principal arrangements between the parties involved. Reneuco RE, ALFES, and PMSB, collectively referred to as the Parties, intending to develop a strong alliance and explore synergies in the field of green energy business and technologies.
The Parties also aim to promote the usage of intelligent smart solar lighting technology to the relevant authorities in the State of Perak and other states, contributing to the development of green energy businesses. The MOA proposes the appointment of Reneuco RE and/or ALFES to undertake the services for the Smart Solar Project.
Reneuco’s expansion into the green energy sector through this collaboration aligns with the company’s goal of widening its product offerings and technical capabilities in the renewable energy market.
The MOA presents an opportunity for Reneuco to support the Malaysian government and state agencies in their green energy agenda, including project management consultancy and the supply of green energy technology and products. Furthermore, the collaboration opens doors for Reneuco to explore the application of smart street lighting throughout the ASEAN region.
