Oil India Limited (OIL) has announced an Expression of Interest (EOI) for eligible applicants to be empanelled as consultants for the development of Solar Photo Voltaic (PV) and Wind power projects. OIL intends to establish 100 MW or above Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) (Ground mounted or Floating) and Wind Energy Power Plants in any state in India.
The empanelment will involve the preparation of a Prefeasibility Report (PFR), Detailed Project Report (DPR), and the provision of Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services. The selected consultants will work with OIL for a period of two years from the date of empanelment.
Interested applicants must have a track record in the preparation of PFR, DPR, and PMC services for grid-connected Wind and Solar PV projects with a minimum capacity of 100 MW each in the last seven years. These projects should have involved various aspects, including design review, engineering, procurement, project management, construction management, installation, and commissioning. The experience claimed by the applicants should be supported by documentary evidence, such as completion certificates from project owners, proving the successful execution and completion of the projects.
The deadline for submitting the Expression of Interest is 27th June 2023, by 15:00 Hrs (IST). The selected consultants will play a crucial role in OIL’s endeavors to develop and expand its Solar PV and Wind power projects, contributing to the company’s renewable energy portfolio.
