Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El-Molla, held talks with the South Korean Ambassador to Cairo, Kim Young Hyun, aimed at enhancing collaborative efforts in the domains of oil, natural gas, and sustainable energy.
During the meeting, Ambassador Hyun emphasized South Korea’s strong interest in bolstering economic ties with Egypt and fostering the engagement of Korean companies, particularly within these specific sectors.
Furthermore, Ambassador Hyun highlighted the significant potential for collaboration between the two nations in the realm of eco-friendly fuel solutions for maritime transportation.
In response, Minister El-Molla provided Ambassador Hyun with a comprehensive overview of the advancements Egypt has made within its oil and gas sector, including noteworthy infrastructure developments.
