Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited has announced its latest achievement—a Notification of Award for a significant EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project. The company will be executing a 300 MW project for NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL) at Khavda RE Power Park, situated in the Rann of Kutch, Gujarat. The awarded contract, which includes three years of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services, boasts a total value of ₹1,535 crore, inclusive of taxes.

This marks the third collaboration between SWRE and NTPC REL in just over a year. The strategic placement of this 300 MW project positions it synergistically between the two previous projects undertaken by SWRE. The formal contract signing is expected to occur shortly.

Mr. Amit Jain, Global CEO of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Group, expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing partnership, saying, “We are delighted to win and partner again with NTPC Renewable Energy. The continued partnership further demonstrates the trust and leadership of SWRE’s project management capabilities and global expertise. The new order win of 300 MW complements our existing portfolio of approximately 2.47 GW, which is currently under execution for NTPC REL in Khavda and helps us leverage the low module price environment globally.”

Over the past decade, we have been a dominant player in the domestic market and are poised to deliver high-quality renewable solutions that drive sustainability and make a positive impact on the world and look forward to spearheading the journey with continuous growth and innovation.”

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy’s latest achievement not only reinforces its position as a key player in the Indian renewable energy sector but also underscores its commitment to providing sustainable solutions for a greener future.
