TBH Phase 2A is an integral part of the 166.3-acre TBH township master plan, which follows a gated and guarded neighbourhood concept designed to create a safer and more serene living environment by limiting traffic. The township was initially introduced in February 2022 with the launch of TBH Phase 1B, which achieved an impressive take-up rate of 98.9%. Building on this success, TBH Phase 1A was introduced in the last quarter, while the forthcoming phase, TBH Phase 2B, with an estimated GDV of RM268.0 million, is set to launch in FY2024.
