Amshore Reveals Latest Solar and Battery Storage Venture in Texas

Amshore has launched the Route 66 Solar + Battery Project, catering to businesses and investors seeking to bolster their renewable energy portfolios. With site control secured over approximately 1,500 usable acres, the project ensures expansive development space while prioritizing environmental conservation.

The local community is enthusiastic about collaborating on renewable energy endeavors. The project presents opportunities for dual interconnection in ERCOT and/or SPP markets, with ATC study findings indicating a capacity range of 150 to 200 megawatts per line. The region has a solar resource potential averaging 5.25-5.50 kWh/m2/day, with comprehensive studies confirming the absence of endangered species or floodplain concerns at the site.
