LONGi MENA is excited to unveil its new LONGi Arabia mobile application, designed to serve as a “one-stop” intelligent PV assistant for solar professionals across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The application is set to go live on October 15, 2024, in its first phase, with a second phase scheduled for November 15, 2024.
Targeting a diverse audience that includes end users, installers, EPCs, distributors, and project owners, the LONGi Arabia app aims to streamline access to essential solar business functions. In its first phase, the app will provide real-time updates on news, events, live calendars, and access to product center information. Users will also benefit from email registration, making it easier to stay connected and informed about the latest advancements in the solar industry.
The second phase, launching in November, will introduce a more comprehensive range of services, including an authenticity query function to verify product information, showroom mapping via Google Maps, a power generation calculator, and a social media one-click forward feature. These additions are designed to enhance the user experience, making it a valuable tool for solar project management and customer engagement.
Speaking on the app’s release, Shams Hassan, Marketing Manager of LONGi MENA, stated, “The LONGi Arabia app represents a milestone in our journey to empower solar professionals and enhance the accessibility of solar solutions across the MENA region. By offering a seamless, interactive platform, we are fostering better communication and enabling our customers to manage solar projects more efficiently.”
With the additional distributor settling function, including coupon verification, assigned leads follow-up, and logistics support, LONGi Arabia is poised to become a key tool for solar stakeholders in MENA.
Users can download the app by scanning the QR code or from the Android app store. The app will be available on the Apple Store in November.
