Efficient Production and Design

The 1.5-kilometer-long production line at the Jinan facility integrates both cell and module production, streamlining the entire manufacturing process from silicon wafers to final modules. The facility’s semiconductor-based design allows for a 50% increase in capacity per unit area, while its multi-story structure minimizes energy consumption by reducing the distance between utilities and equipment, further enhancing productivity.

A Vision for Global Impact

With a planned total capacity of 30GW for N-type ABC cells and modules, the Jinan base will play a crucial role in meeting global renewable energy demands. Phase I of the facility covers 10GW, and the cell production workshop is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2025. The entire 30GW plant, set for completion by 2029, will drive local economic growth, create jobs, and attract skilled talent to the region.

AIKOโ€™s Commitment to Sustainability

AIKOโ€™s Jinan facility is a pioneering model for carbon-free photovoltaic manufacturing, combining high-efficiency N-type ABC products with intelligent design and sustainable production methods. By prioritizing energy-efficient and low-carbon technologies, AIKO continues to set the benchmark for the future of solar manufacturing, reinforcing its commitment to driving the global energy transition and building a zero-carbon society.
