Resonia Ltd. Appoints Aditya Mittal as CFO to Strengthen Financial Governance and Support Scalable Growth Strategy

Resonia Ltd. has appointed Aditya Mittal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), further strengthening its leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth and operational expansion. Based in Mumbai, Mittal will report directly to Prashant Sinha.

With close to two decades of experience across finance leadership and strategic business operations, Mittal will oversee Resoniaโ€™s financial strategy, governance, planning, and operational controls. His expertise includes strategic finance, forecasting, budgeting, performance controlling, P&L management, internal audits, statutory compliance, and tax governance. Over the course of his career, he has worked across infrastructure, energy, metals, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors, with international exposure spanning Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Commenting on the appointment, Prashant Sinha, CEO of Resonia, stated that the company is entering a phase where stronger financial discipline and sharper operational visibility are becoming increasingly important. He added that Mittalโ€™s global experience and ability to manage complex business environments would strengthen the companyโ€™s leadership framework and support more informed decision-making and governance.

Sharing his views on joining the company, Aditya Mittal said Resonia is currently focused on scaling operations with consistency and long-term sustainability. He noted that his priorities would include strengthening financial planning, improving control frameworks, and building systems capable of supporting execution at scale while enabling sustainable growth.

Before joining Resonia, Mittal spent more than 15 years with Siemens Energy and Siemens, most recently serving as Finance Head โ€“ Grid Solutions at Siemens Energy. In that role, he worked closely with the CEO to drive significant business expansion, including fourfold growth over a two-year period. He also led finance transformation initiatives focused on outsourcing, digitalisation, and operational standardisation while supporting the development of new business lines.

Mittal began his professional journey with EY in assurance and advisory services before moving to QAI India Limited, where he handled strategic finance responsibilities including business planning, cash flow management, and financial controls.

A qualified Chartered Accountant since 2008, Mittal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ramjas College and an MBA from Friedrichโ€“Alexander University.
